День добрый, есть ноутбуки с intel ssdpeknw512g8, установить тонкий не пускает, возможная причина нет драйвера.

Добрый. Есть такие специально обученные люди - системные администраторы. Надо отдать компьютер одному из них, они умеют.

вот что обученный человек прислал.
Ноутбук HP Laptop 15s-fq2020ur, в биосе нет возможности включить IDE, там нет таких настроек.

1. Убедиться, что используется самая новая версия втвари.
2. Обновить биос.
3. Сбросить биос в настройки по умолчанию.
4. Убедиться, что биос видит диск.
5. Когда втварь выдаст ошибку, нажать Esc. Будет командная строка. Дальше по методичке, в самом конце "Получение лога, когда нет сети" : https://wtware.ru/logs.html

3.сброс делали.
4.видит диск ( он NVME)
5. лог через пару часов скинем.

Вот это не выполнено:
5. Когда втварь выдаст ошибку, нажать Esc. Будет командная строка...
Ошибка - та, что на фотографии выше. Получить ошибку, после ошибки нажать Esc, снять лог. Esc это не Reset и не Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Не вижу в логе NVME контроллер. Может, слишком новая железка, драйвер не подвезли ещё. Какой-нибудь другой линукс на ней запускался?
