Конфигурация Raspberry Pi4 4GB и POE+HAT (именно plus)

Нашел всего одну статью поиском на форуме, в ней у человека вышло... с тех пор много времени прошло.

Ставлю через Raspberry PI imager стандартную малину, в ее стандартный config.txt добавляю первые найденные в интернете строки, все ок, вентилятор почти сразу включается (10 градусов), все хорошо.

Ставлю WTWare (6.2.3), добавляю в конфиг теже строки и вентилятор не работает!
Попробовал закинуть в overlays файл rpi-poe-plus.dtbo с стандартной малины (он в 2 раза больше чем тот что в wtware) и все равно ничего..

Есть идеи?

- от Raspberry OS запустить:

и показать получившийся /tmp/123.txt

Но здесь шансов на успех меньше.

естественно я от всего этого далек, как я понял dtoverlay к конфиге не причем, на малине я набрал dtoverlay -l он сказал что нет загруженных модулей, тогда я закомментировал dtoverlay в config.txt и пробовал менять dtparam и малина на это отлично реагирует.

wtware на все это без разницы интересно эти модули overlay вообще грузятся...

подтверждаю, работает, без всяких overlay, просто на параметрах (очевидно теперь верное дерево оборудования)

Вопрос, а вот те изменения которые в вносите он уходят в следeющие релизы? Например если я решу как-нибудь обновить все рабочие места в нашей компании (pi3/pi4), все это будет работать? или лучше держать все сборки отдельно с пометкой номера терминала к которому они привязаны. Напомню недавно я сделал проект на vban и там вы врубили микшер с преднастройкой (замечательно работает!). Т.е. уже выходит 3 образа - vban, poe, все остальные.

В наличии корпус к плате PI4 с вентилятором ARGON40, в инструкции сказано пропишите в конфиге что-то типа
dtoverlay=gpio-fan,gpiopin=18,temp=40000
Не работает....

Собственно в папке overlay никакого gpio-fan.dtbo нет. Попробовал подкинуть этот файл с малины конечно ноль реакции.
Вообще этот Overlay работает?

Argon не работает. Overlay - это не драйвер, это только информация для операционной системы. Для малиновой POE+HAT информацию из оверлея обрабатывает ядерный драйвер. У Argon нет ядерного драйвера, у них модуль управления на питоне написан. Где втварь и где питон...
